Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • possibly lemon juice
  • possibly honey

my standard dressing, with a French touch

The specified amount is enough for at least one large salad plate. It’s very easy to prepare; all you need to do is mix all the ingredients thoroughly to create a smooth sauce. Lemon juice can be added to the basic recipe (ingredients 1-6). Honey can also be added instead of lemon, which is especially good with certain cheeses, like goat cheese. I would say the dressing is very spicy. If you find the dressing too spicy, you should start by using a little less balsamic vinegar or go a little more sparingly with the mustard.
