Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 ml mustard (French or medium hot)
- 300 ml oil
- 120 ml apple cider vinegar or mild vinegar
- 200 ml beef broth, strong
- nutmeg
- Sea salt
- Pepper, white
- Sugar
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 dashes lemon juice

- lovage
- basil
- chives
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Italian dressing
Rub a bowl with garlic, add the mustard, and whisk in a little stock (3 tablespoons) until it reaches a thick consistency. Gradually add the vinegar and stock until the desired consistency is reached. Season to taste and add the herbs.
