Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 ml mustard (French or medium hot)
  • 300 ml oil
  • 120 ml apple cider vinegar or mild vinegar
  • 200 ml beef broth, strong
  • nutmeg
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper, white
  • Sugar
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • curry powder
  • lovage
  • basil
  • chives
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Italian dressing

Rub a bowl with garlic, add the mustard, and whisk in a little stock (3 tablespoons) until it reaches a thick consistency. Gradually add the vinegar and stock until the desired consistency is reached. Season to taste and add the herbs.
