- 6 tbsp water (still or sparkling, to taste)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 dashes sweetener
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- Herbs, to taste (salad herbs, Provençal herbs, chives, parsley)

Pour vinegar into the bowl, add mustard and sweetener, and stir well. Add water and herbs. Stir. Finally, add onions and peppers. This makes enough for one large bowl of salad.
