Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp water (still or sparkling, to taste)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 dashes sweetener
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • Herbs, to taste (salad herbs, Provençal herbs, chives, parsley)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour vinegar into the bowl, add mustard and sweetener, and stir well. Add water and herbs. Stir. Finally, add onions and peppers. This makes enough for one large bowl of salad.
