Sweet and spicy salad dressing for any green salad. Quick and easy.
Combine oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard in a bowl. Finely chop or press the chili peppers and garlic and add them to the sauce. Add the basil and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. This sauce is suitable for any green salad; it’s simple yet sophisticated. However, I prefer it with arugula or lamb’s lettuce. I then add two handfuls of sunflower seeds or other seeds, such as flaxseed, and grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top.
