Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp, levelled black pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp, mixed spice(s) (Endoferm)
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard (Düsseldorfer), medium hot
- 1 tsp, heaped salt (primordial salt)
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a shaker in the exact order listed. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Mix with the trimmed and washed lettuce. I use this mix for leaf salads, raw vegetable salads, and vegetable salads. The sauce can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
