Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grate the zucchini and place it in a bowl with the corn. Finely chop the onion and mix it in. Season generously with salt and pepper, and season with vinegar and oil. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
