Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Crema di Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 pack of herbs, frozen
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

simple and delicious

Combine all ingredients, except the eggs, in a mixing bowl until creamy. Finally, dice the eggs, add them, and pour over the salad.
