Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 onion(s), red, finely diced
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp chives, in rolls
- salt and pepper

goes well with all leaf salads
First, thoroughly mix the buttermilk with the sugar, then slowly add the lemon juice, followed by the oil. Stir in the onion and chives and season with salt and pepper. It also tastes great with plenty of fresh dill as a dressing for cucumber salad.
