Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, not low-fat
- 100 ml milk
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 ½ tsp sugar
- a little pepper
- some paprika powder
- 1 dashes Tabasco
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- possibly vinegar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
suitable for all salads, slightly spicy
Blend the cream cheese with the milk until smooth, then stir in the tomato paste (tomato paste with seasoned vegetables also works very well). Season to taste, perhaps adding a little vinegar. It also tastes great with small pieces of tomato or bell pepper. Add vegetable pieces and more cream cheese to make a spread.
