Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • some pepper
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion and chives. Mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients until smooth. Serve with lettuce, hard-boiled eggs, or tomatoes.
