Salad À La Papa

The perfect salad à la papa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 6 Radish
  • 6 Small red onions
  • 1 Snake cucumber
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 0,5 Medium-Sized iceberg lettuce
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Pepperoni oil
  • 2 tbsp Cremoso from Mazetti
  • 6 big pinches Mediterranean-Style seasoned salt from the mill
  • 1 Peppermint tip for garnish
  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and dice. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Peel and halve the red onions and cut into thin slices. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and cut into fine slices. Clean / core the peppers, wash and cut into small diamonds. Iceberg lettuce remove the outer leaves and cut into fine strips. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix / blend. Just before serving, make / mix the salad with the vinaigrette made from olive oil (5 tbsp), pepperoni oil (1 tbsp) Cremoso (2 tbsp) and Mediterranean-style spice salt from the mill (4 big pinches). Serve the salad à la Papa garnished with a peppermint tip.
