Salad: Mussel Salad

- 300 g Fresh, cooked clam meat
- 3 Toes Garlic
- 1 small White onion
- 1 Bit Green cucumber
- Flat leaf parsley
- Lime salt, pepper
- 1 El Very good olive oil
- 1 Tl Lemon juice
- 1 Tomato
- Chop the onion, garlic, parsley and cucumber and fold into the mussels
- Carefully stir in the oil, lemon and the spices as well
- Remove the stem from the tomato and cut it open. Then serve on the plate with white bread.
