Salad of rocket, cucumber and lettuce with horseradish and mustard dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ lettuce(s)
  • 2 handfuls of rocket (arugula)
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce. Wash and grate the cucumber. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together, let it marinate, and serve in bowls.
