Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lettuce (romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce)
- 150 g grapes, blue
- 100 g feta cheese
- a little thyme, freshly chopped
- a little oregano, freshly chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil (salad oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Trim and wash the lettuce, then cut into approximately 2 cm wide strips. Halve and deseed the grapes. For the sauce, mix all ingredients well and toss with the lettuce and grapes just before serving. Crumble the feta and sprinkle over the salad. Variation: Replace the grapes with a few black olives. Sprinkle with onion rings, if desired. Especially suitable as an appetizer.
