Tuna casserole with spirellis

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 2 pts. tomato puree
  • 3 cans of tuna, in water
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water, drain, and return it to the pot. Then add the drained tuna and tomato puree and mix well. Transfer to a baking dish. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the pasta. Sprinkle the grated Emmental cheese over the pasta and place it in the preheated oven (225°C). The casserole is ready when the cheese has melted.
