Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bag of mixed salad
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 350 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 250 g natural yogurt, low-fat
- 3 tbsp water
- curry powder
- chili powder
- Salt
- pepper
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Place the lettuce in a bowl. Halve the tomatoes, slice the onion, and cut the red bell pepper into small strips. Add everything to the bowl. Wash the chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes, and place in a small bowl. Marinate with a little water, curry powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken cubes until golden brown. The marinade will give the meat a nice brown color. Add the cooked meat to the salad. Season the natural yogurt with salt, pepper, and curry powder, mix, and then pour over the salad. Mix the salad well and serve.
