Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice
- 1 small red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
- 100 g corn (sweetcorn)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 4 tbsp soy sauce, salty
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
- some olive oil
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- possibly flowers, edible, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
goes particularly well as a side dish to fish, meat or poultry
Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the vegetables and then heat a pan with a little olive oil. When the pan is hot, sauté the diced vegetables for a few minutes until they are still firm to the bite. Once the rice is cooked, add the vegetables and sweetcorn, and season everything with curry powder, paprika, and soy sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. The rice can be beautifully decorated with an edible flower in the center. It goes well with fish, meat, or poultry.
