Salad with Turkey and Paprika

The perfect salad with turkey and paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 3 Pc. Red pepper
  • 500 g Turkey breast
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Herbs chopped ((parsley, chives, basil)
  • Sheep cheese to taste
  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces, wash and dry. Cut the sheep’s cheese into cubes.
  2. Cut the turkey breast and peppers into cubes. Sear the turkey breast in a pan, add the peppers and fry (the peppers should still be firm to the bite), season everything with salt and pepper.
  3. For the dressing: mix yogurt, lemon juice, rapeseed oil and herbs.
  4. Arrange the iceberg lettuce on the plate, place the warm turkey breast with paprika on top and pour the dressing over it. If you like, you can also top it with the sheep’s cheese.
