Tomato Sheep Cheese Salad Warm

The perfect tomato sheep cheese salad warm recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 400 g Sheep cheese
  • 2 Pc. Red onion
  • 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 4 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Glass Hot peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder (smoked)
  1. Cut tomatoes and sheep cheese into slices (approx. 5mm). Cut the onions into rings.
  2. Now alternately layer the tomatoes and the sheep’s cheese one behind the other in a baking dish.
  3. Now add the onions and peppers.
  4. Finely chop the garlic clove and stir with the Italian herbs, salt, pepper and olive oil and spread over the top. Finally sprinkle some paprika over it.
  5. The whole thing is now in the oven at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.
  6. You can serve it great for a barbecue evening or just eat a baguette.
