Salalte: Pasta Salad with Herring

the dressing
- 4 piece Herring fillets, lightly smoked
- 2 piece Fresh shallots
- 4 piece Fresh radishes
- 1 piece Apple, slightly sour
- 1 a cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the apples and shallots. Cut the apple and radish into small pieces, and cut the shallots into fine rings. Halve the matjes fillets lengthways and dice.
- Make a dressing out of yogurt, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and stir in the salad.
- If necessary, chop the pasta and mix with the other ingredients.
- Let it steep for about an hour before serving.
