Pasta with Leftovers from Filled Bell Pepper

  • 250 g Penne
  • 1 Filled pepper pod
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in the oil with the diced ham, stir in the tomato paste, dust everything with the flour, pour on the broth, season well with salt, pepper, chili powder, parika powder, oregano and thyme and season for approx. Let simmer gently for 2 minutes.
  3. Chop the filled bell pepper and add the garlic to the pizza tomatoes, stir everything well, let it get hot and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
