Ingredients
 

For the vegetable bolognese

  • 5 tbsp Organic soy flakes
  • 1 shot Organic tamari
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Parsley root
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 packet Sieved tomatoes
  • 1 packet Salt and pepper
  • 1 packet Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 packet Sugar

For the salad

  • 1 Roman Salad Heart
  • 1 tbsp Gomasio * sesame
  • Orange oil
  • Calamanci - mandarin vinegar

Noodle mix

  • 3 Lasagne sheets
  • 3 Spelled ribbon noodles
  • 3 Wholemeal spelled semolina pasta
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions
 

The vegetable bolognese

  • Put the soy flakes in a bowl and drizzle with the tamaris sauce and let stand for about 30 minutes, stirring every now and then.
  • Peel the carrots, parsley root and onion and cut into very small cubes. Now put the vegetables in a pan, add a dash of olive oil and fry lightly.
  • When the vegetables are seared, add the soy flakes and fry everything together well, seasoning is not necessary, the tamaris sauce is a seasoning sauce (soy sauce). Now add the tomatoes, rinse the container with water and add to the sauce, stir everything well and season with lemon juice and a pinch of sugar, then let it steep.

  • Disassemble the lettuce into the individual leaves and rinse under running water, then wrap in a towel and dry - is my salad spinner - then cut it into small pieces and sprinkle it in a container / bowl and sprinkle with Gomasio and at the table with orange oil and Serve the calamansi (mandarin vinegar).

Noodle mix

  • Roughly break the lasagne plates and cook all the pasta in the salted water, place in a sieve and drain, place in a container / bowl and sprinkle with the parsley.
