Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 package of pizza dough, from the refrigerated section, including
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 200 g salami (baguette salami)
  • some mozzarella, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simply

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Prepare a muffin tin. Roll out the pizza dough on the work surface with a rolling pin and then divide it into six equal strips, using the short side. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the strips, not too thickly. Cut the salami slices in half and place them on the strips so that the rounded side rests slightly over the edge of the dough and the slices overlap. Spread the cheese thinly down the center of the strip. The order of the salami and cheese can also be swapped. Now fold over the bottom half of the strip and roll up the strip. Place the roses in the dish and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
