Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 200 g tomatoes, dried
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- possibly parsley
- some basil
- herbal salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and, if desired, the herbs. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and briefly fry the tomato paste. Add the herbs. Add the pasta and stir well until the tomato paste and oil mixture is evenly distributed. Briefly fry the pasta and then add the sun-dried tomatoes. Mix everything well and season to taste. Serve warm. The pasta is also delicious as a pasta salad with a barbecue. I used the spices listed, but of course, many other options are also possible.
