Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 20 mini wieners or 4 regular wieners, cut into 5 pieces each
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp mustard
- some chives
- 1 tsp horseradish, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 20 small triangles or strips. Wrap the sausages in them. Whisk the egg yolk with a little water and brush the puff pastry parcels with it. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Mix the mustard with horseradish and chives and serve as a dip.
