Tarte flambée for people who don’t like ham

First, preheat the oven to 200°C. For the dough, combine flour, oil, water, and salt. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour until it’s no longer sticky. Then roll out the dough thinly. For the topping, mix the cream cheese with a whisk, add a little more cream if desired, and season to taste. You can also spread the packets directly on the dough, but this is easier once it’s already been mixed a little. Next, slice the spring onions and spread them over the spread. Now also slice the salami and bell peppers and sprinkle them over the spring onions. Place the whole thing in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove it sooner or leave it in the oven for longer, depending on how browned you want it.
