Salmon and herb pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • salt water
  • 250 g beans, green, fine
  • 300 g salmon fillet(s), fresh or frozen
  • 100 ml cream or Cremefine
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp herbs of your choice, chopped, fresh or frozen
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with green beans

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the green beans into bite-sized pieces and blanch them in salted water. Drain both and add to a large nonstick pan. Then add the cream or crème fraîche and vegetable stock, stir in the chopped fresh herbs and chopped garlic, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Dice the salmon fillet and place it on top of the pan. Cover and cook until the salmon turns a light pink color. Then add it to the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
