The perfect salmon bags recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Puff pastry roll
  • 250 g Salmon slices
  • 1 a cup Cream cheese with horseradish
  • Dill
  1. Roll out the puff pastry. then divide into 4 squares. Brush with egg white.
  1. Divide the salmon over the 4 parts and sprinkle with the cream cheese and dill. then the whole thing is closed and the parts are pressed firmly on the edge with a fork. The whole thing is brushed with egg yolk.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
