Salmon Bags

- 1 Puff pastry roll
- 250 g Salmon slices
- 1 a cup Cream cheese with horseradish
- Dill
- Roll out the puff pastry. then divide into 4 squares. Brush with egg white.
- Divide the salmon over the 4 parts and sprinkle with the cream cheese and dill. then the whole thing is closed and the parts are pressed firmly on the edge with a fork. The whole thing is brushed with egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
