Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg savoy cabbage, cleaned, in fine strips
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 1 liter of broth
- salt and pepper
- 500 g minced meat
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Layer the savoy cabbage and potatoes in a pot. Season with salt and pepper after each layer of potatoes, then top with the potatoes. Pour in the broth. After 30 minutes of cooking time, form the minced meat into small balls, add them, and let stand for 15 minutes.
