Ingredients for the cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp Horseradish in a glass
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch White pepper
- 20 g Smoked salmon
Further ingredients
- 180 g Smoked salmon
- 25 Crackers
- Lettuce leaves
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Mix all cream ingredients with a mixer or food processor. Cover the crackers with a piece of lettuce, put a piece of salmon on top.
- Use a piping bag to sprinkle the cream onto the salmon and garnish with lemon wedges. If you like, you can also garnish with fresh dill.
