Salmon Canapes

The perfect salmon canapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients for the cream

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp Horseradish in a glass
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 20 g Smoked salmon

Further ingredients

  • 180 g Smoked salmon
  • 25 Crackers
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Lemon wedges
  1. Mix all cream ingredients with a mixer or food processor. Cover the crackers with a piece of lettuce, put a piece of salmon on top.
  1. Use a piping bag to sprinkle the cream onto the salmon and garnish with lemon wedges. If you like, you can also garnish with fresh dill.
