Ingredients
- 1 roll Whole grain thaler
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
- Lemon juice
- Fresh dill
- Caviar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Coarsely chop the salmon and finely puree it with a little cream cheese, lemon zest and a little dill in the multi-chopper. Stir in the remaining cream cheese and season with pepper, salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Pour the salmon cream into a piping bag and dress it on the wholegrain thalers, garnish with dill and caviar.
