Salmon and Cream Cheese Canapes

The perfect salmon and cream cheese canapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Whole grain thaler
  • 400 g Cream cheese
  • 150 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh dill
  • Caviar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Coarsely chop the salmon and finely puree it with a little cream cheese, lemon zest and a little dill in the multi-chopper. Stir in the remaining cream cheese and season with pepper, salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  1. Pour the salmon cream into a piping bag and dress it on the wholegrain thalers, garnish with dill and caviar.
