Salmon – cream cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 3 jars of salmon substitute, in oil, chopped; finely
  • 1 pt. Salmon – substitute, sliced, in oil, for decoration
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • 1 bunch chives, fresh, or mixed herbs (frozen)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Drain the three jars of salmon substitute in a sieve, as they contain a lot of oil. Add the remaining ingredients, except the salmon substitute, in slices, and mix with a hand mixer until creamy. Season to taste, then add salt if desired. Garnish with 2-3 slices of salmon substitute. Delicious with fresh bread, but also with rolls, or simply as a dip for Bavarian pretzels.
