Salmon Dip with Sour Cream and Coriander

The perfect salmon dip with sour cream and coriander recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander
  • 1 Mini peppers
  • 4 teaspoon Horseradish
  • Green pepper
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Limes
  1. Chop the onion, bell pepper and salmon and add to the sour cream. Add the juice of one lime with the garlic and horseradish. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Pluck the leaves of the coriander from the stalks, add to the dip and stir. Season to taste with green pepper from the mill and salt. Let rest for 1 hour.
