Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 150 g salmon (smoked salmon)
- 125 g crème fraîche
- some dill
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and roughly chop the eggs. Dice the salmon. Puree the salmon and egg pieces. Mix the puree with the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper. Garnish the spread with dill.
