Salmon fillet casserole

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 2 large apples
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 cup of white wine, approx. 200 – 250 ml content
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Thaw the salmon fillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish. Dice the bell peppers and apples and scatter them on top. Mix the crème fraîche with chives, mustard, white wine, and curry powder and pour over the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Croquettes are a great side dish.
