Salmon fillet with horseradish and spinach sauce with pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g spaghetti (or other pasta)
  • 300 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • 350 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g spinach, frozen
  • 90 g horseradish (creamed horseradish)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (horseradish)
  • some dill
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and super easy

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, sear the previously thawed salmon fillet in a little oil, then remove it and deglaze with the broth. Add the still-frozen spinach and simmer for 5 minutes. Then stir in the horseradish and cream cheese, season with dill, and salt and pepper to taste. Then add the salmon, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes. A quicker option would be to cut the salmon into small pieces.
