Salmon fillet with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of salmon fillet
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 250 g strawberries, hulled
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the salmon, sear, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Finely chop the onions and sauté in the same pan. Pour in the cream and let it reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the strawberries and warm them in the sauce with the salmon. Season to taste with a little lemon juice.
