Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 salmon fillets (150g each)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
- 4 tbsp flour
- 8 tbsp mustard, seasoned
- 4 potatoes
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 300 g yogurt
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Rinse the salmon with cold water, pat dry, and season with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat in flour and coat on all sides with 4 tablespoons of seasoned mustard. Wash, peel, and coarsely grate the potatoes. Coat the salmon fillets in the flour. Lightly press the grated potatoes onto the fish. Fry the fish over medium heat in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for 5 minutes on each side. Then turn carefully once. Peel the garlic. Mix with yogurt, milk, 4 tablespoons of seasoned mustard, 1 tablespoon each of oil, and lemon juice. Whisk with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Serve as a cold sauce with the salmon fillets.
