Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 350 g flour
- 1 bottle of rum flavoring
- 250 g poppy seeds – baking
- ½ cup cream
- 1 bag of cake icing, chocolate (light or dark, according to taste)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine the above ingredients, including the poppy seed mixture, and make a batter. Spread onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 175-200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Immediately after baking, drizzle with half a cup of cream. Let cool for 1 hour, then drizzle with 1-2 sachets of warm chocolate glaze.
