Salmon – leek – sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese with herbs or cream cheese
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • Watercress, fresh
  • lemon juice
  • lots of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with pasta

Heat plenty of olive oil in a pan. Dice the salmon and sear it. Deglaze with lemon juice. Then trim the leek, slice it into rings, and add it. Season to taste and deglaze with white wine. Add the cream and let it simmer. Just before the end, add the cream cheese and stir again. Serve garnished with cress. Tagliatelle goes very well with this dish.
