Ingredients for 24 servings:

  • 200 g salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into rolls
  • some salt
  • some lemon pepper
  • 24 puff pastry pies, mini

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

quick, easy and yet delicious amuse bouche

Finely dice the salmon with a sharp knife and mix with the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and chives. Season with salt and lemon pepper and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Then fill the patties. Alternatively, spread on crackers.
