Salmon noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable stock powder
  • white wine, dry
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • oregano
  • Dill tips
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the salmon into small pieces and sauté in a pan with the finely chopped onion. Add the garlic and mix with the tomato paste. Then deglaze the salmon with white wine and stir in the vegetable stock. Add the cream and crème fraîche, season to taste, and bring to a boil. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken slightly. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water as usual until al dente and serve with the sauce.
