Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g ribbon pasta or farfalle
  • 100 g peas (frozen)
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 5 tbsp horseradish (creamed horseradish from the jar)
  • 1 pack smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of dill (alternatively frozen)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super simple favorite recipe

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Peel and dice the onion, then sauté it in a little oil until translucent. Add the vegetable stock. Add the peas and cook for about 5-10 minutes until al dente. Then add the dill to the sauce (do not let it boil again!). Stir in the creamed horseradish. Finally, add the finely chopped salmon and heat gently in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
