Salmon on cream pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • Herb mushroom(s) (Italian style)
  • 250 g tagliatelle, or other
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Drizzle the salmon with lemon, season with salt and pepper, and let it marinate for half an hour. Then fry it all over in olive oil. Arrange on lettuce leaves and keep warm. Cook the pasta. In the same pan, sauté the onion rings and garlic, then add the shrimp and arugula (cut into bite-sized pieces) and season everything generously with herbs, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the cream, bring to a boil, and fold in the pasta. Season to taste and sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese. Serve with the salmon. I serve it with a salad. Tip: You can use spinach instead of arugula.
