Salmon pasta with cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle (egg noodles)
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp, leveled soup powder
  • 20 cm tomato paste from the tube
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add the tagliatelle to plenty of boiling salted water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and fry in butter in a deep pan. Cut the salmon into cubes (less than 1 cm, but not too small) and add directly to the pan. Once the onions are browned, add the sour cream, milk, soup mix, and tomato paste, stir well, and bring to a boil. Once the pasta is cooked, remove the sauce from the heat and season with pepper. Divide the pasta among plates and pour the salmon sauce over it.
