Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 400 g spelt flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 200 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 pts. baking powder
  • some sweetener, liquid
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • e.g. vanilla
  • possibly sugar granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wholesome, LF30, WW, Glyx, makes approx. 30 pastries.

Beat the eggs until frothy. Then stir in the natural yogurt, quark, and sweetener. Mix the baking powder with the whole-wheat flour and spices and stir in. If desired, stir in a little lukewarm water (approx. 50 ml). Now, using 2 tablespoons, place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, keeping them apart as the quark pieces will expand in the oven. Sprinkle with sugar if desired and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (convection oven) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. One piece has approximately 60 kcal.
