Salmon Pasta with Peas

The perfect salmon pasta with peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Tagliatelle
  • 250 g Salmon
  • 1 small can Peas
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 200 g Cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Garlic powder
  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  1. Pre-cook the pasta until al dente. Cut salmon into pieces. Drain the peas on a sieve. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the salmon in it, remove it and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour white wine into the pan, bring to the boil, add 100 ml of water, lemon juice, add vegetable stock powder, stir everything well, bring to the boil, add cream. Stir in the peas and pasta and let them warm up. Add salmon and stir in. Finally, season again to taste.
