Ingredients
- 500 g Fussiloni
- 500 g Smoked salmon
- 200 g Mushrooms canned drained
- 225 ml Mayonnaise
- 125 ml Sour cream
- 250 ml Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 3 Gherkins
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 6 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Chopped capers
- 15 Black olives chopped
- 3 Red peppers pickled
- 0,5 Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 2 tbsp Chopped dill tips
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
- Fleur de Sel sea salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- White balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Also chop the peeled eggs and pickles.
- Mix the majo, yoghurt, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and chili with the hand blender and season to taste. Cut the salmon into strips.
- Mix all remaining ingredients with the tartar sauce and pasta and let it steep for a while.
