Pasta Salad: with Smoked Salmon and Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fussiloni
  • 500 g Smoked salmon
  • 200 g Mushrooms canned drained
  • 225 ml Mayonnaise
  • 125 ml Sour cream
  • 250 ml Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 3 Gherkins
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 6 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Chopped capers
  • 15 Black olives chopped
  • 3 Red peppers pickled
  • 0,5 Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp Chopped dill tips
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • White balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Also chop the peeled eggs and pickles.
  • Mix the majo, yoghurt, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and chili with the hand blender and season to taste. Cut the salmon into strips.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients with the tartar sauce and pasta and let it steep for a while.
