Pasta Salad: with Smoked Salmon and Tartar Sauce

  • 500 g Fussiloni
  • 500 gr Smoked salmon
  • 200 g Mushrooms canned drained
  • 225 ml Mayonnaise
  • 125 ml Sour cream
  • 250 ml Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 3 Gherkins
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 6 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Chopped capers
  • 15 Black olives chopped
  • 3 Red peppers pickled
  • 0,5 Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp Chopped dill tips
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 Msp Chilli from the mill
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • White balsamic vinegar
  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Also chop the peeled eggs and pickles.
  2. Mix the majo, yoghurt, sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and chili with the hand blender and season to taste. Cut the salmon into strips.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients with the tartar sauce and pasta and let it steep for a while.
