You can find the pizza base in my recipe collection under tried and tested recipes. I made the pizza base with two sachets of dry yeast and rolled it out onto a baking sheet (I only had enough dough for one baking sheet, not two). I then let the base rise for 20 minutes in a warm oven (I preheated the oven to 100°C (top and bottom heat) for five minutes and then turned it off). Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into thin strips. Vegetable onions are a bit milder. If you have a sensitive stomach, sauté the onions in oil until translucent. Mix together the sour cream, sour cream, and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Then stir in the onions and spread them over the risen pizza base. Cut the salmon into strips and spread them on the pizza. Bake at 250°C (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.
