Tarte flambée with leek and salmon

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 425 g flour
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • ½ lime(s)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • nutmeg
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead flour, yeast, water, salt, and oil into a dough and let it rise for 30 minutes. Then roll it out and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the sour cream with the cheese, nutmeg, pepper, and the juice of half a lime and spread it on the dough. Slice the leek into rings and blanch, then add it to the cheese and sour cream mixture. Finally, arrange the salmon in strips on the baking sheet. Bake at 230°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
